Ingredients to make Stuffed Bell Pepper

  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 250 gm Paneer
  • 2 green chillies
  • Coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2tsp
  • Amchur 1/2 tsp
  • Desiccated coconut 3-4 tsp
  • Cornflour 2 Tsp
  • Maida 2 tsp
  • oil for shallow fry

How to make Stuffed Bell Pepper

  1. Wash, cut bell pepper into round rings.
  2. Prepare a mixture of paneer, coconut by adding all dry ingredients
  3. Fill this mixture into pepper rings.Cover with a paste of cornflour, maida
  4. Shallow fry from both sides.Serve with chutney and salad.

You can add raisins along with coconut.
