Almond Mava Kulfi

Ingredients to make Almond Mava Kulfi

  • Almond half a katori( cup), crushed
  • Milk 1 kg
  • Mawa 1 Katori (Cup)
  • Sugar 1/2 katori ( cup)

How to make Almond Mava Kulfi

  1. Put milk in a pan and boil it on medium flame till it reduces to half.
  2. Add mava, crushed almonds and mix.
  3. Add sugar and mix again. Then Switch off the flame.
  4. Cool them completely. Put in kulfi moulds and freeze it for 3 to 4 hrs.
  5. Unmould the kulfi when ready to serve.
  6. Sprinkle some crushed almond and enjoy it.
