Ingredients: Chea seeds 3 tbsp; Rose pettals 2 tbsp; Whipper cream 200 grm; Condescend milk 200 grm; Vanilla essence 2 to 3 drops

Chea seeds 3 tbsp
Rose pettals 2 tbsp
Whipper cream 200 grm
Condescend milk 200 grm
Vanilla essence 2 to 3 drops

Instructions

1) In one bowl whiske whipped cream then in that add condescend milk, chea seeds, chopped rose petals, and vanilla essence and mix it well ( with the method of cut and fold )
2) Now take ice cream moulde then add ice cream better in it then cover it with clean wrap and keep it for set for 4 to 5 hours in freezer
3) Now after 5 hours take out the set ice cream from the freezer then with the help of spoon mix it well and now again cover it with clean wrap and keep it for set again for overnight in the freezer
4) After ice cream sets garnish it with rose pettals and chea seeds and serve it
