Ingredients to make Karonda (Karamda) Jelly

  • 1 kg. Karamda
  • 700 grm Sugar
  • Pinch of citric acid

How to make Karonda (Karamda) Jelly

  1. Properly wash Karonda and roughly crush it. Then add water (only karonda deep). And Boil 40 minute on midium flame. Then drain water. Take a drain water and add sugar and Citric Acid too. Then boil it till sugar melt. Then again drain
  2. Once again take drain water and
  3. Boil on slow flame till dropping consistency come. Then take it in bowl and set it. After set enjoy you jelly.
My Tip: After melting Sugar drain is necessarily for better result.
