ABOUT Karonda (Karamda) Jelly RECIPE

My children love this different type of jelly, follow this easy recipe to make some at home.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 kg. Karamda
  2. 700 grm Sugar
  3. Pinch of citric acid

Instructions

  1. Properly wash Karonda and roughly crush it. Then add water (only karonda dips in it). And Boil 40 minute on medium flame. Then drain water. Take a drain water and add sugar and Citric Acid too. Then boil it till sugar melts. Then drain it again.
  2. Now add water again.
  3. Boil on a low flame till it reaches the dropping consistency come. Then take it in bowl and set it. After set enjoy you jelly.
