Ingredients to make Rajasthai delight papad-mangodi

  • Papad 2-3
  • mangodi 1/2 cup
  • tomato 1 (Puree 1/2 cup )
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Onion 1 chopped
  • Kashmiri red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  • Salt according to taste
  • Green coriander for garnish

How to make Rajasthai delight papad-mangodi

  1. On medium flame heat oil in a vessel.
  2. Fry mangodi in it till golden in colour .
  3. Add cumin seeds when start crakle add chopped onion (or can make onion paste too) and stir it.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and stir well till light golden in colour.
  5. Now add tomato puree in it. Mix it well.
  6. Add all masala mention in ingredients. put enough water for making gravy and cover it with lid.
  7. let be boil it. When it starts boiling then add papad. Stir it and cover it for 5-6 minutes.
  8. In last add Garamond masala and chopped coriander leaves.
