Ingredients to make Davte_khas_shahi pearl pulaw

  • 1 big bowl basmati rice
  • whole garam masala [1 bay leaf .1 cardamom,2 cloves]
  • paneer cubes [1 cup]
  • oil for frying
  • 1 table spoon pure ghee
  • Some almonds and cashew nuts [for garnishing]
  • Half lemon juice
  • Salt,red chilly powder as per taste

How to make Davte_khas_shahi pearl pulaw

  1. First of all heat a pan ..add 2 glasses of water,bay leaf ,cardamom,loung
  2. Now add rice ..boil it till rice became litle soft
  3. Now strain rice in a sieve
  4. Heat a pan ..add ghee and then fry the paneer pieces.
  5. Again heat a pan ,,add pure ghee 1 table spoon
  6. Fry almond and cashew nuts and keep aside.
  7. Add rice ,salt ,lemon juice ,red chilly powder
  8. Mix it and then add the almonds and cashew nuts
  9. The royal pulaw is ready to be served.
