Ingredients to make Butter naan

  • Maida / all purpose flour - 4 cups
  • Sugar - 2 table spoon
  • Salt - as per ur taste
  • Baking powder - 2 table spoon
  • Baking soda 1/2 table spoon
  • Thick curd - 1/2 cup
  • 3-4 spoons of oil / 2tablespoon butter
  • Water as required for making dough

How to make Butter naan

  1. Knead the dough using all de ingredients
  2. Cover it with a moist cloth or a plate where air does not enter for 3hrs
  3. Again knead the dough if any gaps are made and start making dough balls.
  4. Take a separate bowl and mix butter with coriander and keep it aside for dressing
  5. Set up the tava on de stove and here induction does not come in handling. It's compulsory stove only.
  6. Take a large lemon size dough and roll it oval shape using roll pin, make sure it is not very thick or very thin
  7. Mean while u r tawa is heated, on one side of ur naan grease with water, and put it on tawa
  8. U can see slight balloons like thing nw flip de tawa upside down and cook de naan on direct flame.
  9. If naan fall on stove also no issues make it cook on direct flame for 1 min.
  10. Take de naan in the plate and brush with de mixture of butter and coriander mix
My Tip: Butter naan, if u add garlic to the butter coriander mix , it will become garlic butternaan
