Ingredients to make onion potato pakoda

  • 2 onion slice lenghtwise
  • 1 potato cut in small cubes
  • gram flour 1 c
  • 1 tbsp garlic chilli paste
  • 1 tsp ajwain
  • salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder as taste
  • chopped corriender
  • oil for frying

How to make onion potato pakoda

  1. first mix salt with onion and potato.
  2. Keep aside for 30 minutes. This procedure makes the vegetables loose excess water.
  3. now add gram flour, chilli garlic paste, chilli powder and coriander.
  4. Add flour as needed to coat the vegetables.
  5. Now heat enough oil in kadhai, now drop the battered vegetables into to form the pakodas.
  6. enjoy pakoda with sauce and chutney

My Tip:

not add water . the water which loose vegetables is sufficient. it make pakodi crispy
