  • 2 onion slice lenghtwise
  • 1 potato cut in small cubes
  • gram flour 1 c
  • 1 tbsp garlic chilli paste
  • 1 tsp ajwain
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder as taste
  • chopped corriender
  • Oil for frying

How to make onion potato pakoda

  1. first mix salt with onion n potato.
  2. put it for 30 mins.
  3. the water loose from vegetables .
  4. now add gram flour, chilli garlic paste, chilli powder n corriender.
  5. just add flour as they cotaed well all vegetables.
  6. now heat oil n make pakoda.
  7. enjoy pakoda with sauce n chuttney.
My Tip: not add water . the water which loose vegetables is sufficient. it make pakodi crispy
