Ingredients to make Jhatpat Masala lassi

  • 1 cup Dahi
  • 1 tsp jeera powder
  • 1 tsp kala namak
  • 2 bunch of mint leaves washed
  • 1 glass water
  • 4 to 5 cubes ice

  1. Take a juicer grinder, Add all ingredients accept water, Grind for 2 min then add water again run the grinder for 1 min... Pour the mixture in tall glass and serve..

My Tip:

Don't use cold water always use ice...as it directly effects in knee
