  • Boneless Chicken 250 grams
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • red chilly powder. 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • coriander powder1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • tandori masala 1 tsp
  • Roasted Zeera powder 1/2 tsp
  • Kasuri methi 1 tbsp
  • soya sauce1 tsp
  • Chilly sauce 1 tsp
  • Fresh cream 1 tbsp
  • Hung curd 2 tbsp
  • salt as per taste

How to make chicken salli boti

  1. marinate the chicken with all the ingredients except oil and refrigerate for at least an hour
