Ingredients to make Tangy stuff onion lahsuni pakoda

  • 7_8 small onions
  • 1 bowl besan
  • 3 tbsp garlic chutney
  • Oil for Deep frying
  • A pinch of baking powder
  • Salt to taste
  • For Green Chutney:
  • 5_6 green chillies
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 1 cup coriander leave s
  • 1 Lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1/2 small cup peanuts
  • Small puece of ginger

How to make Tangy stuff onion lahsuni pakoda

  1. To make pakodas remove skin from onion.
  2. Now cut onion into two parts as shown in picture.
  3. Apply garlic chutney on one part of each onion piece.
  4. Now cover with second part of onion.
  5. Boil water in a steamer.
  6. Put stuff onion into it and cook for 2_3 minutes.
  7. Make a better of beasn.add salt and pinch of baking powder.add enough water to make a thick batter.
  8. Heat oil in a kadai.
  9. Dip steamed onion into batter and deep fry in hot oil till crispy.
  10. To make green chutney_
  11. Mix all ingredients of chutney in grinder jar and make smooth chutney
  12. Serve tangy stuff onion pakoda with green chutney.
