Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Daliya 1 cup
  2. Rice 1 cup
  3. Moong ki dal 2 tablespoon
  4. Ghee 2 tablespoon
  5. Milk 1 litre
  6. Sugar 1 cup
  7. Cardamon powder 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Salt 1/4 teaspoon
  9. Grated coconut 1/3 cup
  10. Cashews 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take rice, daliya and moong dal. Wash, drain and keep aside.
  2. Ghee garam kark usme daliya ka mixture dalkar thoda bhun lijiye.phir usme 4 cup garam pani dalkar cooker me 1 siti hone tak tej aach par aur 15_20 min dhimi aach par pakaye.
  3. Cooker thoda thanda ho jane k bad kholkar khichde me garam dhudh,chini,cardamon powder ,namak dalkar acha ghot kar vapus 10 min tak dhimi aach par pakaye.
  4. Mixture thoda gadha ho jaye tab usme kass hua nariyal ,kaju ko dalkar garma garam khichda kadhi k sath parosiye.
