Ingredients to make Khoya Matar

  • Peas 1 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Red chilli powder 2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon

How to make Khoya Matar

  1. Heat oil in a kadai and add cumin seeds.
  2. Now add peas and milk then stir it well.
  3. Now add all spices stir and let it cook.
  4. Cook it untill its consistency gets thick.
  5. Serve it with chapati, paratha or naan.
My Tip: You can also add cashews in it.
