Ingredients to make mango panna cotta

  • Mango Juice 1 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Fresh cream 1 cup
  • Agar agar (veg) 10 grm
  • Sugar 1/3 cup
  • Vanilla essence few drops
  • Mango slices

How to make mango panna cotta

  1. Sock agar agar in 2 tsp water
  2. Grind the slices of mango picces and than add mango juice and mix it
  3. Heat 1 tsp water jn a pan and add agar agar to it. boil till agar agar dissolve.
  4. Add 1/2 part of agar agar to mango mixture
  5. Set mango mixture in serving glass in fridge for around 30-40 mins.
  6. Now take another pan and add milk and agar agar till milk get boiled
  7. Now add fresh cream and few drop of vanilla essence to it.
  8. Now fill cream into a piping cone.
  9. Take out the mango mixture glass from fridge.
  10. Now fill the remaining glass with cream.
  11. Again keep the glass in fridge to let the cream set.
  12. Panna cotta is ready.
  13. Garnish with leftover mango pieces chilled serve it
