Mixed Vegetable Milk Curry

Ingredients to make Mixed Vegetable Milk Curry

  • 250 millilitre milk
  • 200 gram brocoli
  • 100 gram french beans
  • 100 grams baby corn
  • 1 small bowl of green peas
  • 1/2 red capsicum
  • 1 tablespoon malvani masala or kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 8 leaves of kadhipatta
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon crushed ginger
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon himalayan salt
  • handful of parsley

How to make Mixed Vegetable Milk Curry

  1. First wash vegetables and chop them.
  2. Chopped vegetables.
  3. Now heat a vessel and add in oil. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric, asafoetida and kadhipatta. Saute it.
  4. Now add in chopped onions. Now add crushed ginger and garlic.
  5. Now add in broccoli and saute it.
  6. Add in french beans, chopped baby corn and green peas, capsicum. Saute it.
  7. Cover and cook on a low flame. If needed sprinkle some water.
  8. Add red chilli powder, mix well.
  9. Add the milk and mix well. Cook it for 2 minutes.
  10. Add chopped parsley. Your unique Mixed Vegatable milk curry is ready. Do not add salt. Otherwise milk will get curdled. Give salt separately while serving.
  11. Garnish with parsley. Serve with chapatis and rice.

My Tip:

Cook this milk curry on low flame.
