Ingredients to make Chocobar cubes ice cream

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 1/2 liters milk
  • 1/4 cup castor sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped cocoa butter

How to make Chocobar cubes ice cream

  1. Heat milk in a nonstick pan and bring to boil on medium heat.
  2. Reduce heat and cook till reduced.
  3. Add castor sugar, mix and cook till it melts. Reduce heat and cook till the mixture thickens.Switch off heat and bring down to room temperature.
  4. Grind the reduced milk mixture into fine mixture.
  5. Fill in silicon chocolate moulds with ground mixture, tap, cover with any lid and freeze for 7 to 8 hours.
  6. Take dark chocolate in a microwave proof bowl, add cocoa butter and melt in the microwave for 1 minute.
  7. Remove from microwave and mix till chocolate melts and bring down to room temperature.
  8. Now unmould the icecream from silicon.
  9. Coat each cubes with melted chocolate mixture.
  10. Freeze for 10 minutes or till chocolate sets.
  11. Serve chilled. Enjoy.
My Tip: Sprinkle some hazelnut on all sides of the melted chocolate.
