ABOUT Egg Fry Majedaar RECIPE

Protien rich yummy snacking for kids and all. Good for tiffin too.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Eggs 3 to 5
  2. Oil 1 teaspoon
  3. Turmeric powder 1 pinch
  4. Raw mango powder 1/4th teaspoon
  5. Black pepper crushed 1/4th teaspoon
  6. Chaat masala or Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. First of all boil eggs in sufficient water
  2. Allow them to cool and remove peels
  3. Cut eggs length wise
  4. Heat a non stick pan and add one teaspoon of oil and a pinch of turmeric powder.Shallow fry cut eggs
  5. Turn them when done from one side
  6. Sprinkle some black pepper powder, chaat masala or salt Mango powder
  7. It's ready to serve
