Ingredients to make Paneer stuffed sunflowers

  • One cup sooji or rava
  • Half cup maida
  • Salt
  • For stuffing
  • Crumbled paneer one cup
  • Chopped onions tomatoes and green chillies
  • Chilly powder
  • Salt
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Oil for frying

How to make Paneer stuffed sunflowers

  1. Knead soft dough using sooji salt n water and keep aside
  2. Heat little oil in pan
  3. Add jeera green chillies chopped onions and tomatoes
  4. Mix it now add red chilli powder salt turmeric powder according to the taste.
  5. Mix it well and now add crumbled paneer n saute for a while.
  6. Remove this in a plate and let it cool
  7. Now make small balls from the dough and roll out like puries. Put little stuffing on it and fold it in the shape of a water drops
  8. Take little dough and shape them to make leaves n stick them to the stuffed ones to make flowers
  9. Make all the flowers n deep fry them till golden brown
  10. Serve hot with ketchup or chutneys
