Ingredients to make Kamal kakdi ke kabbab

  • Peeled and diced lotus stem/Kamalkakdi- 1cup
  • Chana dal- 1/2 cup
  • Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
  • Garlic- 8-10
  • Red chilli-2-3
  • Cinnamon- 1 stick
  • Black pepper corn-4-5
  • clove- 2
  • Tejpatta- 3
  • ginger- 1 small piece
  • Salt - according to taste
  • Refined oil -2 tablespoon
  • Water

How to make Kamal kakdi ke kabbab

  1. 1. Place all ingredients except oil in the pressure cooker. Cook the stem until soft and tender.
  2. After 3-4 whistle of the pressure cooker.,put off the flame and when the pressure releases open the lid and let it cool
  3. In a food processor grind the mixture and shape it like a cutlet.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and cook the kebab until crispy and brown.
  5. Serve hot.

you can besan in place of chana daal
