Ingredients to make Veg Franky Rolls

  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Corn flour 1 cup
  • Oil 2 teaspoon
  • Butter or Oil for shllow frying
  • Corn kernels 1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped onion 1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped tomato 1 /2 cup
  • Boiled mashed potatoes 1/2 cup
  • Grated carrot 1 tablespoon
  • Mixed herbs 1 teaspoons
  • Black Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Toamto sauce as per requirements
  • Grated cheese or Mayonnaise as per requirements

How to make Veg Franky Rolls

  1. Add wheat flour and corn flour .Add little salt and oil and knead a soft dough with milk and keep aside for some time
  2. Heat some oil in a pan saute all mixed veggies and season with Mixed herbs,black pepper powder and salt . Filling is ready,allow it cool little.
  3. Knead the ready dough again and roll a Chapati or franky
  4. Heat non stick pan /tawa and cook Franky little from both sides. Don't over cook it..leave it little raw
  5. Spread sufficient amount of sautéed veggies and add little mayonnaise,grated chees and Tomato sauce.
  6. Roll it carefully in to a tight roll. Shallow fry on tawa/Non stick pan with oil or butter. Cook from both sides till crisp and golden brown.
  7. Healthy Veggies Franky rolls are ready.Kids and all are going to love these.
My Tip: You can use some more veggies of your choice and paneer too in the filling.
