Ingredients to make Mango papaya barfi

  • 1- papaya pieces
  • 1-cup sweet mango
  • 2-spoon condensed milk
  • 2-cup sugar
  • 1/2cup coconut crush(dry)
  • 2-spoon milk powder
  • 2-spoon ghee
  • 4-spoon dry fruits ( walnuts , Almond, cashews powder)
  • pista for garnishing

How to make Mango papaya barfi

  1. Grind the nuts and cardamoms together in a mixer grinder.
  2. Mash the papaya and mangoes well to form a smooth pulp.
  3. Heat some ghee in a pan, add the dry fruits and mix.
  4. Add the mango papaya pulp.
  5. Add crushed coconut , cardamon powder , mix well until it thickens.
  6. Cool the mixture down to room temperature and then refrigerate it for 20 minutes so that the mixture sets well.
  7. barfi is ready to be served.
