Ingredients to make Eggless raw mango cup cake

  • 1-cup butter
  • 1-cup All purpose flour
  • 1-cup sugar
  • 1/2-cup milk powder
  • 1-spoon vinegar
  • 2-4 drops vanilla essence
  • 1-cup raw mango plup
  • 1/2-spoon backing powder
  • 1/2-spoon baking soda

How to make Eggless raw mango cup cake

  1. Preheat oven to 230c for 10 mints. prepare muffin tins either by lightly greasing it with cooking spray or line it with paper line
  2. In a one large bowl add butter, sugar mix well
  3. than add milk powder, flour, vanilla essence, mix one by one stirring with whisk simultaneously. Don't be bothered by small lumps. add mango plup and sum mango pieces
  4. mixing the better with an electric beater.
  5. Add backing powder and baking soda mix well smooth better ready
  6. fill each muffin cup bake for about 20-25 mints
  7. Remove the pan from the oven and allow it cool for about 5 minutes . than take out the cupcake from the pan frosting finished ready to serve
