Ingredients to make Lasaniya gathiya

  • Besan 2 bowls
  • Garlic paste 2 table spoons
  • baking soda pinch of
  • Water as per required
  • Haldi powder pinch of
  • oil for deep fry
  • salt as per taste

How to make Lasaniya gathiya

  1. Take a bowl add oil 1 table spoon, garlic paste, haldi powder and Baking soda. Mixed it properly.
  2. Now add Besan in bowl.
  3. Mixed it properly using water as required. And add salt.
  4. Make their hard dough.
  5. Now take gathiya's machine and put that dough in it. As soon as dough started coming out as strips.
  6. By using that machine start directly making gathiya in oil and deep fry it.
My Tip: Dough must be in proper way.
