Gathiya Chutney

Ingredients to make Gathiya Chutney

  • Left over Gathiya from haldiram bhujia
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 green chillies
  • 6-7 garlic cloves
  • cilantro
  • curry leaves
  • salt as per taste

How to make Gathiya Chutney

  1. Wash & cut Coriander leaves.
  2. Add all ingredients in jar & grind to make Chutney.

My Tip:

This chutney can be made without cilantro but with lots of curry leaves
