Ingredients to make mango mania

  • mango pulp- 2 cup
  • sugar- 2 tbsp
  • Amul cream- 1/2cup
  • Everest milk masala - 1tbsp
  • saffron thread -10
  • rose essence -1tsp
  • Mini rasgulla - 10 pieces
  • cashew nuts- 10 [roasted]
  • mango pieces- 1/2cup

How to make mango mania

  1. Remove the pulp of the mangoes after washing them.
  2. Melt the ice cream by keeping the ice cream in the room temperature, out of the freezer.
  3. In a bowl mix mango pulp, cream, cashew nuts, mango chunks, milk masala powder., Rose essence, rasgulla, saffron, sugar powder.
  4. Serve chilled

My Tip:

Mango pulp start to blacken, please use it immediately when the pulp has been taken out.
