  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1sp suji [semolina]
  • 1sp masala oats..
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/3 tsp
  • Kali mirch powder 1/3 tsp
  • Ingredients for filling..
  • Chat masala to taste..
  • pudina chopped 1tsp
  • lemon juice 1tsp
  • Diet mix or any namkeen you like..1katori..
  • mango pieces 1katori..
  • masala chana n peanut 1/2 katori..
  • Kali mirch powder [black pepper powder] 1/2 tsp..

How to make Chatpati mango tart

  1. Dry roast the oats and semolina together in a oan.
  2. When it become light brown add mango puree and water , and all the masalas to it.
  3. Stir till it becomes thick and forms a dough.
  4. Then set it into tart mould..
  5. Bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degree celsius for 20 minutes.
  6. Tart is ready..
  7. For filling.. Add all ingredients of filling in to bowl and then fill it into tarts..
  8. This is ready to be served.
