Ingredients to make Paneer kachodi

  • For kachodi-Refined flour 2 cup
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Ajwain 1tsp
  • For stuffing - grated paneer 3 cup
  • Chopped green chili 1 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chat Masala powder 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • For serving - curd
  • Roasted Cumin Powder
  • Salt
  • Red chili powder.

How to make Paneer kachodi

  1. Knead the soft dough with flour, salt, ajwain and oil.
  2. Cover with muslin cloth keep aside for 15 minutes.
  3. Make the filling with all the filling ingredients
  4. Now divide the dough into the equal portions, stuff with filling.
  5. Mix the red chili powder, salt and roasted cumin powder in curd
  6. Serve the kachodi with curd.
  7. Roll the kachodi, heat the oil in a kadhahi fry the kachodi till golden and crisp on slow heat.
My Tip: You can also add some chopped onion .
