Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chopped Veggies ( French bean, capsicum,peas, carrot, Tomato)
  2. Herbal pizza base -2
  3. Chaat masala - 1 tsp
  4. Salt as per your taste
  5. Curry leaves -10-12
  6. Chopped coriander leaves
  7. Chilli flakes -1 tsp
  8. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
  9. Pizza seasoning
  10. Oregano -1/2 tsp
  11. Mozzarella cheese - lots
  12. Capsicum rings -2
  13. Paneer -1/2 cup
  14. Oil or butter -1 tsp
  15. Pizza sauce - 1 tbs
  16. Tomato slices (10-12)

Instructions

  1. Take a pan and add oil and mustard seeds...now add Veggies, Paneer and spices (chaat masala, Salt, Chilli flakes, Oregano)...stir fry for 8-10 minutes
  2. Now add Coriander leaves and switch off the gas and let it cool
  3. Now take capsicum rings and saute in same pan for 2 minutes
  4. Now take Pizza base and spread Pizza sauce and spread mozzarella cheese....
  5. Now fill the veggies in the ring and lightly press
  6. Now spread more mozzarella cheese and sprinkle chaat masala, Pizza seasoning and Chilli flakes and place the tomato slices....Then take few drops of oil in a pan add place the pizza and cover it & cook for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese melt...
