Ingredients to make Veg Daliya / broken wheat

  • Daliya/ broken wheat 2 bowl
  • Chopped potato 1 big
  • Chopped tomatoes 1 big
  • Chopped Green chillis 2
  • Cloves 2-3
  • Crushed peanut 1/2 cup
  • Oil 2-3 spoon
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 spoon
  • SaLt as per test
  • Water 2and 1/2 bowl

How to make Veg Daliya / broken wheat

  1. Roast Daliya for 5-8 min
  2. cooker put on gas and add oil
  3. Add cumin in hot oil and let's wait for crackle it
  4. Add potatoes and cloves
  5. Now add tomato and chillis
  6. Now add Daliya in cooker
  7. Solute it for some time
  8. Now add Peanut , salt and red chilli powder and water
  9. Cover the Cooker and cook it on low flam for 10 min
  10. After 10 min your Veg Daliya is ready
My Tip: Cook it on low flame only. You can use other veggies like peas, carrots ect
