ABOUT Veg Daliya / broken wheat RECIPE

This is healthy and high fiber and ideal breakfast with high protein. This is from my mom's recipe

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Daliya/ broken wheat 2 bowl
  2. Chopped potato 1 big
  3. Chopped tomatoes 1 big
  4. Chopped Green chillis 2
  5. Cloves 2-3
  6. Crushed peanut 1/2 cup
  7. Oil 2-3 spoon
  8. Cumin seeds 1/2 spoon
  9. SaLt as per test
  10. Water 2and 1/2 bowl

Instructions

  1. Roast Daliya for 5-8 min
  2. Heat some oil in a pressure cooker pan.
  3. Add the cumin seeds and let them crackle.
  4. Add potatoes and cloves
  5. Now add tomato and chillis
  6. Now add Daliya in cooker
  7. Saute it for some time
  8. Now add Peanuts , salt and red chilli powder and water
  9. Cover the Cooker and cook it on low flam for 10 min
  10. After 10 min your Veg Daliya is ready
