How to make Fruit ice cream

  1. Dice all the fruits. Mix in a bowl with milk powder and 3/4 of the brown sugar.
  2. In a glass square dish, rub some butter.
  3. Transfer the fruits and sprinkle all the brown sugar on top.
  4. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 170 degree centigrade. (Time and temperature varies as per the oven)
  5. Take out the fruits when they are nicely glazed and not dried up too much. Add milk if you feel it's too dry.
