Ingredients to make Dry Fruit Pops

  • Powdered dry fruits of your choice- 1 1/2 Cup
  • Condensed Milk- 4 tbsp
  • Chocolate Coffee Ganache for coating
  • Some cake sprinkles for decoration(Optional)
  • Some Tooth picks for holding the pops

How to make Dry Fruit Pops

  1. Take powdered dry fruits in a bowl and add condensed milk. Knead well and make small balls. Around 2 inches diameter.
  2. Freeze them for 10 minutes.
  3. Take a wide plate and place a big strainer upside down on that plate.Take out the balls from the freezer .
  4. Remove out, Sprinkle some cake sprinkles and poke it to the strainer. You can also use a big thermocol piece for holding these pops. Repeat for all.
  5. The excess Ganache will drip down on the plate kept underneath strainer.
  6. Let them dry for a while and enjoy your funky homemade dry fruit pops.
