A healthy , nutritious drink and a filling Winter breakfast to provide warmth and energy to the body to kick start a day with. Dates being natural sweeteners, no extra sugar is required. Nuts add nice crunchy bite and nuty flavor to the milkshake.

Ingredients to make Dates, Almond and Walnut Milk Shake

  • 3 Cups Milk
  • 7-8 dates
  • 5-7 almonds
  • 4-5 walnuts

How to make Dates, Almond and Walnut Milk Shake

  1. Soak the Dates and Almonds overnight in water. Next morning de-seed the dates and remove the peels from the Almonds.
  2. Blend this along with boiled and cooled milk in a blender.
  3. Garnish with roasted Walnut bits and enjoy.

My Tip:

Add a banana for a more filling milk shake.
