Ingredients to make Mix veg hot and sour soup

  • 4 cups vegetable stock/water
  • 1 tsp finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 tsp finely chopped capsicum
  • 1 tsp finely chopped carrot
  • 1 tsp finely chopped french beans
  • 1/2 tsp garlic and ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp green chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp cornflour

How to make Mix veg hot and sour soup

  1. Boil the vegetable stock and add all the vegetables with ginger garlic paste. Boil this for 2 minutes.
  2. Now take 2 tbsp of water separately and add all the sauces and cornflour. Mix it well.
  3. Stir well and add salt and pepper as per taste. Then turn off the gas.
  4. Pour in bowls and serve it piping hot.

My Tip:

I use vegetable stock for soups as this makes it more tasty and healthy. We can add boiled pasta or noodles for added munchies into the soup other than vegetables.
