Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken 400 grams
  2. Onion chopped 300 grams
  3. Tomato puree 150 grams
  4. Garlic paste 50 grams
  5. Ginger paste 40 grams
  6. Powdered red chilli 20 grams
  7. Powdered clove 10 grams
  8. Powdered black pepper 10 grams
  9. Powdered jeera 10 grams
  10. Turmeric powder 10 grams
  11. Kashmiri red chilli powder 25 grams
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Aloo bokhara puree 35 ml
  14. Potato julienne 40 grams
  15. Chopped Coriander leaves 15 grams

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into medium pieces and marinate with salt, powdered red chilli,turmeric,jeera,clove,black pepper and kashmiri red chilli powder and keep for 45 mins.
  2. In a pan add oil and chopped onions and caramalise it...add garlic paste and after few minutes add ginger paste and stir until the raw smell disappear.
  3. Add salt and tomato puree and stir
  4. Add aloo bokhara puree and stir
  5. Make a thick gravy and put marinated chicken in the gravy.
  6. Add powdered red chilli,turmeric,jeera,clove,black pepper to the gravy and cook well for 30mins until the chicken is cooked.
  7. Deep fry potato julienne and garnish on top of the dish and also garnish with chopped coriander leaves
