This is truly amazing recipe for festive season. If someone does not like paneer and all then this is the best choice. It goes very well with naan or chapati and pulao. This includes big cabbage leaves in rich and creamy gravy. Lets try.it.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Cabbage - 1 medium sized
  2. Onion - 2 medium sized
  3. Tomato - 1 big
  4. Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon
  5. Cashew nuts - 7 to 8
  6. Melon seeds - 2 teaspoon
  7. Poopy seeds - 2 teaspoon
  8. Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  9. Coriander powder - 2 teaspooon
  10. Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoon
  11. Khoya - 250 grams
  12. Green peas - 250 grams
  13. Corriander leaves 1 fistful
  14. Oil - 150 ml
  15. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the cabbage into the big piece and wash them thoroughly.
  2. Now arrange all the ingredients.
  3. Now put onion, tomato, melon seeds, cashew nuts altogether and make smooth paste.
  4. Heat the oil and pour the onion tomato paste and cook.
  5. After 10 to 15 minutes when it starts leaving oil add khoya.
  6. Mix well and then add all spices.
  7. Cook the masala and then add green peas.
  8. Now add cabbage pieces into the masala and add salt. Cover with lid and cook till cabbage becomes tender and soft then add some corriander leaves.
  9. Serve hot with roti and rice. I personally like with rice.
