Dragon Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients to make Dragon Fruit Smoothie

  • 1 Dragon Fruit, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 1 banana
  • Any nut of choice(walnuts/Almonds)
  • Any seed of choice(Flax/Chia)
  • Additional honey if desired
  • Crushed Ice
  • mint for garnishing

How to make Dragon Fruit Smoothie

  1. Combine the Dragon fruit, yoghurt, nuts, banana, seeds, honey(if using) and crushed ice in a blender and blitz.
  2. Serve in a tall glass with a sprig of mint.
