About Pepper prawns Recipe

Since I live in a place where sea food is easily available and fresh, this dish is made up of spices which is then sauted with garlic, ginger and capsicum.

Pepper prawns

Ingredients to make Pepper prawns

  • Prawns cleaned and washed -1 bowl
  • pepper powder as per spice
  • ginger garlic paste -1 tbsp
  • coriander powder- 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce-2 tbsp
  • Green chilli sauce- 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder-1 tsp
  • turmeric powder-1 tsp
  • lemon juice-1
  • salt to taste
  • garlic -5 cloves, finely chopped
  • ginger - 1 inch finely chopped
  • Green chillies- 3 chopped in slant
  • capsicum-1 diced or thinly sliced

How to make Pepper prawns

  1. Wash and clean the prawns, then remove the nerves as well. Take a wok, add the prawns along with turmeric powder, soya sauce, chilly sauce, coriander powder, lemon, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste and cook the prawns. Then drain the water completely.
  2. Then clean the wok, add in oil, then add the chopped garlic, ginger, green chilly, capsicum.
  3. Saute and cook till the capsicum is tender, then add garam masala powder and soyasauce along with the cooked prawns and mix well. Next add pepper powder as per your spice taste.
  4. Your pepper prawns are now ready to be eaten!

My Tip:

Note that the prawn masala paste should be thick and yummy.
