Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dhuli moong dal / lentils 175 gms Pa
  2. Palak /spinach 250 gms
  3. Wheat flour 500 gms
  4. Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Oil + 2 tbsp for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the spinach leaves and blanch it.
  2. Soak the moong dal / lentils for an hour and grind coarsely.
  3. In a bowl add wheat flour, moong lentil / dal paste,spinach,salt red chilly powder and 2 tbsp oil and mix well.
  4. Make a soft dough with the help of little water.
  5. Take some dough and make into a ball and roll out into a puri size
  6. In a pan heat oil and add the kachori,lower the flame and fry till light brown.
  7. Drain in paper napkin.
  8. Serve hot.
