Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup.cooked rice
  2. 1 cup boiled noodles
  3. 4 onion sliced
  4. 1 capsicum sliced
  5. 1/2 cup cabbage shredded
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tsp soya sauce
  8. 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  9. 1 tsp vinegar
  10. 1 tbsp corn flour dissolved in water
  11. 1 tbsp schezwan sauce
  12. Ginger 1 inch grated
  13. 8 to 10 cloves garlic finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a pan heat oil. Add ginger and garlics. Add 2 sliced onion fry for some time. Add half of capsicum and cabbage. Saute for few min
  2. Add vinegar; chilli sauce n salt. Mix well
  3. Add in some water. Mix. Add the corn flour dissolved in water. Mix and cook till semi liquid gravy. Keep aside
  4. In another pan heat oil. Add onion. Saute. Add in the remaining vegetables. Mix well..
  5. Add the schezuan sauce. Mix. Add the cooked rice and half of the boiled noodles. Mix well. Cook for few min
  6. Add in the semi liquid gravy miz well with rice. Cook.till blend well.
  7. Deep fry the remaining boiled noodles.
  8. Garnish the rice preparation wirh fried noodles and spring onions

I don't have vinegar. So, can I make this without using it?
