Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 big row potatoes
  2. Gram flour 2 tbsp
  3. Fine chopped vegetablesbeans, carrot, tomato, capsicum)
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  5. 2 pieces of chopped green chilly
  6. Salt to tast
  7. ¾ tsp carom seed
  8. 1/3 tsp of turmeric powder
  9. ½ tsp Red chilly powder
  10. Freshly chopped coriander leaves
  11. Oil for shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and grate potatoes.
  2. Add all the ingredients except oil and vegetables.
  3. Mix it until well combined. Do not add water as potato will release some water after adding salt.
  4. Heat a non- stick pan on a high flame when it becomes hot reduces the flame on medium.
  5. Pour a spoonful batter evenly in a clock wise and drizzle little oil all around the edges.
  6. Spread the vegetable mixture on top and pour some oil on it.
  7. Slightly press the vegetables with the spatula so that it gets stick to the pancakes.
  8. After 2 minutes flip it over, drizzle some oil and cook from another side
  9. Cook on medium flame till it becomes brown and crisp.
  10. Repeat the same process with the remaining batter.
  11. Serve hot with green chutney or yogurt..
