Teriyaki Chicken Bites

Ingredients to make Teriyaki Chicken Bites

  • 1kg chicken cut into bite sized pieces
  • 3 tbs Soy sauce
  • 2 tbs Sake (rice Wine)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp Green onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • salt to taste

How to make Teriyaki Chicken Bites

  1. Heat oil in a skillet. Add chicken and fry until browned and cooked through.
  2. Add soy sauce, sugar and sake and cook till the sauce thickens.
  3. Add onions and season with salt and sesame seeds, cook for another minute.
  4. Chicken Teriyaki is ready to serve
