Diet Namkeen

Ingredients to make Diet Namkeen

  • Chiwda/Poha- 150 gms
  • corn Flakes- 100 gms
  • peanuts - 1 cup
  • cashews- 1/2 cup
  • raisins - 1/2 cup
  • almonds- 1/2 cup
  • walnuts- 1/4 cups
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • oil - 1 tbsp

How to make Diet Namkeen

  1. Gather all the ingredients one by one.
  2. Take a large pan and put one tbsp oil in that and let it heat for 2 minutes.
  3. Add salt and turmeric powder to it and now add poha to it and saute for 2 more minutes.
  4. Now add corn flakes and keep sauteing.
  5. Add all the dry fruits and peanuts to it and let it roast for 1 minute.
  6. Switch off the gas and let it cool at room temperature.
  7. Your Diet Namkeen is ready.

My Tip:

Serve it with Green Tea or Ginger Tea.
