  9. salt

Instructions

  1. ADD HALF TSPN SUGAR INTO 1/4 CUP OF WATER
  2. MAKE IT WARM
  3. ADD 15 GM INSTANT YEAST
  4. MIX & KEEP ASIDE
  5. TAKE 250 GMS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR & ADD SALT IN THE PERIPHERY,ADD WHITE OIL 3 TBLSPN
  6. MIX
  7. ADD CRUSHED 5 CLOVES OF GARLIC AND 1/2 TSPN CRUSHED PEPPER
  8. ADD 1 TSPN MIXED HERBS, DILUTED YEAST AND COMBINE
  9. KNEAD TO A DOUGH
  10. KNEAD LIKE THIS WAY TO RESTORE THE AIR INSIDE THE DOUGH
  11. ROLL IT
  12. COVER WITH DUMPED CLOTH,KEEP ASIDE FOR 15 MIN
  13. MAKE BALLS
  14. ROLL IT TO MAKE BABY NAAN
  15. KEEP THE NAAN IN A PLATE
  16. PUT THE BROKEN CHEESE SLICES AT THE PERIPHERY OF THE NAAN
  17. SEALED THE SIDES THIS WAY
  18. SPREAD PIZZA SAUCE
  19. SPREAD MAYONNAISE AND MUSTARD MAYONNAISE
  20. ADD THE TOPPING AS PER YOUR CHOICE
  21. ADD PANEER,PEPPER POWDER
  22. LOADS WITH GRATED CHEESE AND SPRINKLE SOME HERBS OVER IT
  23. HEAT TAWA OVER OVEN AND PLACE THE NAAN
  24. COVER IT,COOK IT IN SLOW FLAME FOR 10 TO 12 MIN OR UNTILL CHEESE GETS MELT
