ABOUT Almond kheer RECIPE

This is very nutritious and very healthy, especially for pregnant ladies.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1litre milk
  2. 20 almonds
  3. 1cup sugar
  4. 1/4tsp cardomom powder

Instructions

  1. Soak and peel the almonds.
  2. Slice it thin
  3. Boil the milk.
  4. Add sugar.
  5. Simmer it
  6. Add almonds and stir continuously.
  7. When it becomes thick enough, add ilaichi [cardamom] powder.
  8. Serve hot or cold.
