About Grilled tofu Recipe

Tofu is very rich source of protein. This dish is a perfect start of the day. Grilled tofu is very easy to make and a healthy dish.

Grilled tofu

Ingredients to make Grilled tofu

  • Tofu 100 gms (cut in to triangle shape or cubes)
  • ginger - green chilli paste 2 tsp
  • lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Roasted sesame seeds 1 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • Chat masala for sprinkling
  • oil as required

How to make Grilled tofu

  1. First take the ginger and green chilli paste, add lemon juice and salt according to your taste. Mix all the ingredients well. Marinate tofu pieces in this mixture for about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Take a nonstick grill pan, add 1 tsp oil, put tofu pieces and cook from both sides.
  3. Grilled tofu is ready. Sprinkle some chat masala and roasted sesame seeds on it. Serve with mint chutney or tomato sauce.
