  • Black salt (kala namak) as per taste
  • mint sprigs to garnish

How to make Strawberry - Watermelon Granita with black salt (kala namak)

  1. In a bowl combine chopped strawberries, watermelon juice and cubes. Add some black salt (kala namak) and stir.
  2. Freeze the mixture and stir it every hour once the crystals start to form.
  3. After 3 to 4 hours scrape and serve garnished with mint sprigs.
