Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover cooked white rice 1 cup
  2. Milk 1 cup
  3. Sugar 5-6 tsp
  4. Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Raisins few
  6. Cashews few
  7. Ghee 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. HEAT GHEE
  2. ADD CASHEWS AND FRY TILL GOLDEN COLOR
  3. ADD RAISINS AND LEFTOVER COOKED WHITE RICE
  4. ADD MILK, SAUTE AND LET IT GET COOKED.
  5. WHEN IT STARTS TO THICKEN, ADD SUGAR AND CARDAMOM POWDER, TURN OFF FLAME ONCE THE SUGAR IS DISSOLVED.
