ABOUT SOYA FLOUR ROTI RECIPE

Healthy roti for breakfast made with soya bean flour.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Soya bean flour ... 1 cup
  2. Wheat flour .... 2 tbsps
  3. Onion ... 2 tbsps (finely chopped)
  4. Green chillies .... 1 (finely chopped)
  5. Carom / ajwain seeds .. 1/2 tsp
  6. Salt .............. to taste
  7. Ghee or oil ... as needed.

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together. Add 1 tbsp of ghee. Knead with water or curd.
  2. Roll out rotis and roast them on a griddle / tawa spooning a little ghee or oil.
  3. Serve hot with pickle / chutney
