Chocolate Coconut Phirni with walnut

Ingredients to make Chocolate Coconut Phirni with walnut

  • 1 tbsp Rice Flour
  • 1/2 cup Dessicated coconut
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 to 4 tbsp grated chocolate
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp ground walnut
  • 1 tbsp pure ghee
  • 1 tsp coarsely ground walnut for decoration

How to make Chocolate Coconut Phirni with walnut

  1. Mix all the ingredients together except the sugar and grated chocolate.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan, add the mixture and stir it continuously on a medium flame till it thickens. Then add the sugar and grated chocolate and stir continuously till it thickens again.
  3. Decorate with the ground walnut and serve.

My Tip:

To store the cottage cheese, keep the cottage cheese in a container and fill water till the top. Close the lid and keep it in the refrigerator.
