Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat bran -100gms
  2. Chidwa-100gms
  3. Bhuna chana-100gms
  4. White til-50gms
  5. Dry coconut-50 gm
  6. Almonds -50gm
  7. Gur 100gm

Instructions

  1. Firstly take a mixer n separately powdered Chidwa, badam, chana, white til.
  2. Now grated coconut,gud separately.
  3. Take a heavy based pan n dry roast wheat bran, powdered chidwa, chana, til
  4. When things are little roast, n when smell is out than mix all the things.also badam except gud.
  5. When the mixture is completely cool than add grated gud n mix well
  6. Our healthy panjiri is ready to eat.
  7. U can stored it, like normal panjiri.
